I Hate Intelligent Systems and They Hate Me, So I Made My Own God Damn Fire Emblem Figures*
*by modifying existing prize figures

Note: projects posted on this page may be added or removed for any given reason. Also, any projects using officially licensed figures as a base for sculpting are not for sale; figures sculpted from scratch may or may not be available for sale as paint-it-yourself kits and/or 3D models at some point in the future. It really depends on if I want to deal with silicone moulding and resin casting and/or have a 3D scanner on-hand when I get to that point.
If you're dumb enough to only produce figures of the mainline lords, you're a big enough schmuck to let fans seize the opportunity to make their own goddamn figures (and lose out on the profit)!

I'll spare y'all the mile-long rant/preamble I originally had typed out. I have a love/hate relationship with Fire Emblem Heroes and I've spent more money than I'd care to admit on it. I like most of the OC cast, but I hate what Intelligent Systems has done with the story and its characters the past few years (we're going to ignore the gameplay aspect here because that's its own can of worms). I also hate that they've only released a single figure for this game and haven't done any more since.
I have no hate for this character; in fact, I quite like her and am still kicking myself in the ass for not preordering her as she nows goes for double the original MSRP on a good day. My main issue is that it's been 2 years now and there's been nothing else exclusively for Heroes, so I'm doing The Very Reasonable Thing of going full tilt and making my own figures of my favourites.
Currently I'm in the ideas planning stage and gathering resources, who knows when I'll update this page next.

Bruno
Bruno is my #1 favourite, this section of the page is going to have the most content because I'm biased and 4 years later I'm still incredibly, earth-shatteringly, fuck ass mad over how Intelligent Systems handled him.

Base Outfit, Part I
Upon deciding I'm not going to wait for Intelligent Systems to make a figure for Bruno, I decided to go carouse Suruga-Ya's selection of figures (a recurring theme around here, you'll find). I found out particularly fast that there aren't a ton of male figures that I could use as a base. One Piece in particular has a couple characters that meet my standards for a base figure: Sabo and Portgas D Ace. Sabo in particular doesn't have many good figures to use as a base, save one, which I promptly ordered:
There's some resculpting work to be done here, but overall this figure is a nice base to work with.

Base Outfit, Part II
"Sissel why are you making more than one figure of his base outfit?" As said above, I'm incredibly biased; also, why the fuck shouldn't I? More is always better. Plus, this one I plan to sculpt from scratch so I can sell kits without (much) issue.
Summer Part I
I had my own idea for a Summer Bruno alt knocking around in my head a month or two before Summer Alfonse and Sharena dropped. Frustratingly, Intelligent Systems seems to have had the same outfit idea I had and gave it to Alfonse.
I still intend on running with my own goddamn idea, because fuck 'em. I spent a few days browsing Suruga-Ya for a decent enough figure and settled on this Portgas D Ace figure from One Piece:
For the most part, this figure works for what I need it for; there's just going to be a decent amount of sculpting work I have to slog through.

Summer Part II
Someone on the Heroes Subreddit Absolutely Fuckin' Cooked with some fanart of a Summer Bruno alt and I'm highkey planning to run with it. This will likely be getting sculpted from scratch because none of the Free! figures I was window shopping for a while back meet my standards.

Bonus Section: The Shrine of Miscellany Goods
Custom figures aren't enough for the heavily deranged brain cell. This section will eventually be updated with whatever other things the brain cell can think of that it wants.

Sigríð is just a better (and sometimes funnier) version of me that got launched headfirst, quarterback style, into the World of Zenith. I have several figures planned for this Absolute Fucking Freak.

Base Outfit
You can't have Sigríð without her Summoner's outfit. I have a few base figures bookmarked and haven't picked which one I want to use yet.
Spring Part I
I got the idea to put Sigríð in a bunny-themed outfit because of in-game castle dialogue from Bruno, Sharena and Alfonse all asking where her outfit is. While digging around Suruga-Ya for prize figures, I found a couple that I really liked. Sinon from Sword Art Online being one of them:
Excuse the fact this picture went through the JPEG deepfryerifier, Suruga-Ya doesn't have the greatest stock photo and I'm too lazy to go seek a better one out right now.
I like this one because I think it's funny and would be Sigríð's reaction to being forced to wear a stereotypical bunny suit (though I'd have to modify the pose a bit). Actual bunnysuits aren't too far-fetched in this game, there's several female characters wearing stylized suits.

As mentioned above, I found a couple prize figures I liked enough to use for Sigríð's spring/bunny outfits. Itsuka from Date A Live is the other one:

As mentioned in the above preamble, Veronica already has an official figure of her Book VI/Legendary alt. But Intelligent Systems is too cowardly to acknowledge her base outfit (which still isn't playable in-game, mind you; it's been 10 fucking years!) and her several alts.So I decided to take matters into my own hands.

I spent many days pouring through many pages for cutesy-looking prize figures on Suruga-Ya that I could work with as a base and eventually settled on this figure of Mahiro from OniMai!:
I picked this one because the pose more or less matches her attack art, I'd just have to modify the legs to make her stand properly.
